I don't have an option to pay my tithing on line when I sign into my accout at this web sight.

What country are you in? It's not available in a number of countries. You'll need to check with your clerk if it's available in yours.

Also make sure your Church Account has your membership record number (MRN) properly recorded. If you cannot access the online Directory (directory.churchofjesuschrist.org) or the Calendar (churchofjesuschrist.org/calendar) for your ward/branch then your account profile may not have your MRN recorded.
