Ward Quarterly Report

#1

Post by ldelatori »

To complete the first quarter report of 2020. Which month do we use to account for organizations meeting? typically, we use the last month of the quarter to determine how many individuals attend either Melchizedek Priesthood, Relief Society, YW, Aaronic Priesthood and Primary meetings. But since we had only partial meeting days in March, how do we record the attendance in these meetings?
Thank you,

Follow the guidance found in the 23 March MLS support message:
Priesthood Quorum and Organization Class Attendance
Second-hour attendance is based on the number of members who attended at least one meeting or class during the last month of the quarter (March). If no meetings were held during the month of March, enter the attendance numbers reported on the 3rd quarter of 2019. (Because only one week of attendance was recorded in the Month of December, the 4th quarter may not be an accurate representation of regular attendance.)

Due to COVID-19 and the disruption in Church meeting schedules, wards and branches do not need to submit a Quarterly Report for this quarter. Church headquarters will automatically complete the reports using the attendance percentages from the same quarter in 2019. This pattern will continue until normal Church meeting schedules are reinstated.
