Children and Youth emblems of belonging order deadlines

We are about to place our Ward's order and are wondering if Covid-19 has at all delayed this program or the associated order deadlines. Please advise.

Depending on your area, your clerk may have received the following email on May 15th:

Children and Youth Emblems—Coming Soon

Due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, the shipping of Children and Youth emblems has been delayed. You will receive your shipment as soon as possible.

Here are several things to keep in mind:

If your unit has not yet ordered Children and Youth emblems, please do so immediately. Your ward clerk may order at store.ChurchofJesusChrist.org/childrenandyouth or through your area distribution staff.
If you order after May 2020, your unit will be charged for the order. Orders received by May 31, 2020, will be paid out of general Church funds.
Requests will be filled in the order they are received.
In anticipation of future needs, you may order up to 30 percent above your unit's current count of active children and youth—but not more than that. Orders exceeding this amount will not be filled and will be returned to you for needed changes.
Due to the volume of orders, initial orders will ship over a number of months. Distribution Services will ship your unit's order as soon as all items in the order are available. Some items are taking longer than others in the manufacturing process.
If your order arrives before units are again meeting together for Sunday worship, please hold the items. Leaders should not deliver emblems to homes but should follow social distancing and other safety guidelines.

Our ward ordered the emblems of belonging and the emblems of achievement in early January. I have received at least three update emails since then. Before the last update quoted in drepouille's post they were saying they would be shipped in July. I would be surprised if they shipped the January orders by October based on the push out time frames going from March, to May, to July, and now to as soon as possible.
