How do I upload Baptism and Confirmation forms so I can finish the record?

Create an image of the completed form with all required signatures by either scanning it or by taking an electronic picture (smart phone or other similar device). The image file must be on the device you are connecting to the internet to access Leader and Clerk Resources (LCR). In the process of recording the baptism there is a step to upload the the consent form. At that step the file can either be dragged and dropped onto the the dotted upload form box or the Choose from Your Device link can be clicked to browse your device to find the image file. After dragging and dropping the file or choosing the file click the Save and Continue button.
