Account Password Expired?

Hi, my wife can't seem to login to her church account from our computer although she has no problem signing in on the LDS tools app. On the computer she is told her password has expired but isn't given any way to fix the problem. Any suggestions?

Here are some ideas that might help:

• There is a forum specifically for helping people with church account problems. Try posting your question there: viewforum.php?f=92
• I've not seen account passwords expire. Does your wife work for the church or a church-related organization? Or volunteer for any such organization? Those might have account expirations. If so, she'll probably need to work through that organization.
• Try clearing the browser cache and see if you're able to log in.
• Try a different web browser or an entirely different computer. Is the result the same?
