Mywebcast won't load

We are in the middle of our weekly service. Many members within the ward can't get the mywebcast.churchofjesuschrist.org link to load. Is it down? What can we do to fix it?

Because this is a user-to-user discussion forum rather than an official, real-time help request channel, you'll need to try other means to get quicker help. However, I'm not aware of current support phone numbers, if there are even any that are live on Sunday.
