What’s the recommended setup.

Hi all,

I’m a newly called ward audio visual rep. What’s the favorite setup out there for a successful stream using obs. I am a mac user so I’ve got a Mac book air and an iPad to use. We have had major audio issues using whatever they have had in the past. Hoping to clear that up. We are in a newer building in Utah so I’m sure we have all sorts of inputs. Just looking for advice.

There are many posts on this. Let me know if you have some specifics as i have used OBS recently on a stake broadcast.

Here is one regarding OBS settings.

In your case, I'd suggest this selection from that link:

Audio using a universal $8 USB Audio Adapter all laptops, desktops, even iPhone & iPad

Cheap and simple.
