Accessing information in usable way - Email addresses

Is there a way to gather all the emails for the ward in one document? How about all the Relief Society ladies' email addresses? I can get them one at a time in LDS Tools but was looking for a more efficient way to sort the data. New RS pres, no existing mass email list. No way to put a sign up around with Covid. Learning how to use the wonderful amounts of data efficiently is a worthy goal! Thanks in advance!

Please use the Send a Message function of LCR:

Among the issues to be aware of:

- Emails change over time as people change their email as well as due to move-ins and move-outs.
- Bulk sending of emails can get you labeled as a spammer. Especially if some are less than thrilled about your new outreach efforts.

It's probably better to work with the church's Send A Message system, despite it's various flaws.
