I've sent a couple of messages out today through LCR.
The Message Sent notification appeared.
No acknowledgement email.
Anyone else having this problem?

Re: Send a message not working...
I sent two that worked as usual today. Then again, almost everyone I have sent to today with a Gmail address has cratered. The latter is probably not a Church issue.

Re: Send a message not working...
I have sent a few messages out last night and this morning and got the acknowledgement email - However, there appears to be an issue with pasting information into the body of the message (pasting Zoom link information). Each time I have sent the pasted material does not show up in the sent message. I ultimately had to hand enter the information to get it to go through to a large group.

Re: Send a message not working...
I am not sure exactly what you are trying to do. Since each unit has a separate Zoom account, I am using regular email to send the bishop and the tech person he identifies the email address used to sign into the Zoom account. I am then texting the Zoom password to each of them.
The only time I used Send a Message was at the beginning when I announced to leaders that the Zoom accounts would be made available to them.
It sounds as if you are trying to send the invitation email to the unit and letting them set up the account password. I have been setting the passwords, but the unit is able to change it if they wish once they begin accessing the account.
Send a Message has always had problems with information pasted into it.

Re: Send a message not working...
I think he's trying to send an invite for the Zoom meeting to the members.
Many times, "paste" will include formatting that mess things up. If you have it, I'd suggest selecting "paste as plain text", or pasting into Notepad and then copying from Notepad into Send A Message. That will transfer just the text and leave out the formatting.

Thanks, the information about past/current issues with posting is helpful. Will shift to pasting the information as plain text. Thanks much.
