Future Class Lists
We have our Primary looking at preparing classes for next year (2021) and they would like a list of the children with their future class list starting January 2021. I know that the classes will automatically update on January 1st, but they were hoping to get a future class list printed out. The only way I can think of is to print the current list out and manually scratch out the class names and rename them. I looked at the attendance print out and it only goes through December. Any chance someone knows how to do this?

Re: Future Class Lists
When you print out the class rolls there is the option for which Quarter (current or next). When I printed both of those I get different people in the Valiant 10 class (first one I looked at), so I'm assuming it listed them in their new classes

Re: Future Class Lists
Okay, thank you! I was only looking at the options under Organization instead of doing it through reports. I found that one. Thank you again!

Re: Future Class Lists
Looking for a solution to the original question as well. I've been wanting to print primary class lists (not attendance rolls) for the upcoming year, but can find no way to choose a future date for a class member list. Has anyone figured out if this is possible without manually reassigning everyone?

Re: Future Class Lists
The last time I did that in December, I just created a custom list that included every non-adult in the ward, and sorted by birth date. I broke the list up by calendar year of birth and distributed the list to the ward council, so everyone knew which year each child was born. It was helpful at the time.
