Does anyone know who the Administrator is for the "Living" app? I ask as my Bishop has asked me as Ward Financial Clerk to grant Administrator access for YM Priesthood Quorum Specialist. I think the solution is to assign this Brother another "calling" that would then automatically give him rights., but that doesn't seem to work.

It can take some time for the rights to kick in. 24 hours or so. And it has to be a standard position, not a custom one.

There's some leeway in management, but not much.

You can try sending in-app feedback if a person isn't getting the expected circle access for their calling.

Similar question: right now our Quorum Specialist only shows up in his associated quorum circle but not in YM or Youth the way our advisers do. He's set up in the quorum adult leader not additional callings block. Is that correct?

The quorum specialist is an eligible member of the quorum circle. The quorum advisors are not members of the Youth circle or the Young Men circle since that is not their calling responsibility. Of all the quorum adult leaders only the bishopric and quorum advisors are members of the Youth circle and Young Men circle.

He's set up in the quorum adult leader not additional callings block. Is that correct?

Yes that is correct. He is entered into the Priests/Teachers/Deacons Quorum Adult Leaders section with the standard calling Priests/Teachers/Deacons Quorum Specialist.
