Figuring out which youth to be interview in Dec/Jan

When will the "Action and Interview List" for bishoprics be updated to reflect the change that young men are eligible to be ordained to an office in January in the year they turn 12, 14, & 16? It would great to know in December who should be interviewed for priesthood office changes.

In the meantime, has anyone come up with a better way then trying to look at the birthday list and figure out who needs to be interviewed?

I just created a custom report of everyone aged 11 through 18, and sorted by birth date. I copied and pasted the report output into an email, and inserted breaks between each birth year. All the youth leaders appreciated receiving that list.
