After describing the donation values and reviewing information, when sending the donation, appears that my donation can not be sent and saved.
I do online donations for more than 4 years.

Have you tried submitting on a different day? The servers might have been down at that time.
Before doing another submission, check the history to make sure the prior attempt actually failed.
