A member Tax Donation statement does not include all of a Member's donations. All donations were made online. Only about half the donations show on the tax statement. The member's bank statements reflect the donations.
How do we correct the records so that the Tax Statement correctly reflects all of the donations.

Is it possible they made the donation under a different account? Perhaps they didn't realize that the computer was logged in using a family member's account?

I need an original copy of my 2020 tithing form on the proper letterhead . It must be sent in with my tax forms.

You can go to donations.churchofjesuschrist.org, log in, click the Donor Statements section and then click the Official Tax Statement (2020) link to download the tax valid statement.
