Many General Conferences missing in app

This morning, I tried to open a link to a conference talk from April 2012. When I tapped the link in the side panel to download that conference and open the talk, the app took me to the Library Home page. When I went into the General Conference section of the Library and clicked 2010-2019, I noticed that several conferences were missing completely, including April 2012. I also checked other decades and saw the same issue of missing conferences. Is this a known issue or was it done on purpose? When I go to the church website on my device (Galaxy tablet), most of the content there opens in my Library app rather than staying on the website. I'm including a screen shot of how it appears in my app.

I have the April 2012 general conference in my app – there was a content update earlier today, it's possible the latest content fixed it. You could try going to the main library and pulling downward in the middle of the screen to force the app to check for a content update (you should see a spinning indicator at the top while the app is checking for an update) – let us know if that fixes it!
