Send a Message - No Primary Leader/Sunday School org option

Send a Message - No Primary Leader/Sunday School org option

Anyone know why there is not the box check option to send a message to all primary leaders or all Sunday school teachers? Like the All YM/YW leaders lists, this would be much easier than going through the "all callings" list and checking all the boxes for those orgs.
