How can I verify a transfer donation was made?

I directed a transfer from Fidelity to the Church. Fidelity shows the transfer out and the receiving account number. How can I verify the account number belongs to the Church? I do not see the donation associated to my name.

Did you make the transfer following the directions from the Church donations department?

If you did a direct transfer the account should appear as Zions First National Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah, ABA 124000054, Account Number: 001-20007-0 and Account Name: Corporation of the President. There should have been a line that stated something like this: Originator to Beneficiary Information: Requested by ________________________ (donor's name).

You may also want to contact Fidelity to confirm how the donation transfer was made, to whom the transfer was made, and if the donation transfer included your personal information. The directions from the donations department may have directed you to include your MRN if you wanted the donation to be associated with your Church Account.
