ID of active members report

Just a quick question: How I can create a report showing the ID number member of all members of the stake? Is that possible?

Can I ask why?

Asking for a list of Membership Record Numbers would be like asking for a list of Registro Geral Numbers, or Social Security Numbers. There's a number of privacy and security issues. I don't know as much good can come from this.

If someone is wanting to help members set up their church accounts, it would be far better to have a clerk on hand to assist as needed. Unless something has changed, a clerk can look it up in the Member Tools app on their phone.

The Stake Temple and Family History Consultant is requesting this report because we will have a program to reach the 4th generation in the family history of all stake members and he needs to confirm who has the 4th generation to help all of these members.

I am a stake clerk and I tried to create a new report, but all my attempts have failed. If you have another way of doing this task, please let me know.

There is no such report and a custom report cannot be created. The MRN is a key element of a member's record and access to that record is restricted to specific leaders. See General Handbook, 33.8. A key paragraph states: "Information from Church records and reports may be given only to those who are authorized to use it." I have a hard time finding reason anyone in a family history calling would need authorization for a member's MRN no matter how well intentioned.

I fail to see how a list of MRNs would help him determine that.

At best, it would help him help the member to create an account. But as I said before, it's better to have a clerk on available who can look it up on-demand rather than hand out a complete list.
