When someone tries to get directions to a certain member's address in Member Tools on a smart device (iPhone), the redirect to Google Maps uses the member's Work address, not their membership home address. His work address has never been part of his membership record. It appears to be something related to Google Maps or his personal Google account but we can't figure it out. People that don't know the member's work situation wouldn't have his work address saved in their phone but still get redirected to the work address.
Any suggestions?

What address is set in the member's record for his mailing address? It could be different from his residential address.
Google maps does allow a user to set or change their work address and their home address. But according to Google this is only displayed to the user when they are signed into Google and is not available to other users of Google maps.
Another issue that may have been responsible for this situation is the Geo-coding for the address. To aid users with addresses in new build locations that Google Maps has not yet updated a user can update their address in Google Maps by adding their address using a procedure in the Google Maps Help article, Fix a missing address or wrong pin location. If the member's residential address was 'fixed' in Google using this procedure that could account for his business address being plotted for his residential address.

I'd go to the online Ward Directory and Maps and see where the "pin" is for him. Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
