Android tablet not able to access internet at meeting house

I have 2 different android tablets and have the same problem with both. After entering the Liahona password, the splash screen for accepting the churches internet policy doesn't completely show. The language appears to be in Chinese, but the page never completely loads. There is a partial "Blue" button that I have clicked on, but I am never able to gain internet access on these two devices. I have a android cell phone that I have no problem with the flash page. Any helop would be greatly appreciated

Are your Android tablets able to auto-rotate? I am wondering if the reason you can't see the entire page is because your tablets are locked into landscape orientation, so you can't see the bottom of the page?
