Zoom has temporarily suspended changes to this account

I have tried to remove a zoom account to be reassigned to an another email and the following is the error which was returned:

"Error
Error: Unable to remove the Zoom Account. Zoom has temporarily suspended changes to this account.Please try making the requested change again in approximately 10 minutes.Contact Zoom or click here you continue to experience issues and need assistance."

Can anybody help me with it?

If someone is able to access the account, you can change the email through Zoom. Otherwise, you probably will need to send feedback through the Zoom portal where you originally tried to set up the account.
