Electronic Reimbursement
Ive used this before and it worked just fine. Once i get to the Expense Reimbursement Account, I only see the option to Add Account. This makes since to me since I am in SETTINGS. No place here to add an expense for reimbursement. Where should I be. Probably not DONATION/SETTINGS:)

When it comes to reimbursement, the donation site can only be used to set up a member's own reimbursement account.
Entering expenses can only be done by a leader or clerk in LCR. The general membership can't submit an expense. They probably should email the request and receipts to their leader.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

If you are a member of an organization presidency you can submit a reimbursement request from your organization's budget in LCR. See this post for detailed instructions.
But if you are not in an organization presidency then you have send the reimbursement request to the appropriate leader as russellhltn indicates.

So family is struggling and has asked if the church ward council can help with food for a funeral, can we reimburse using fast offering?

You should address that question with your Bishop or Branch President. Only he can authorize fast offering funds. If the Bishop decides that Fast Offerings is not appropriate but has budget funds available then budget may be used, again at his discretion.garystroble wrote:You should address that question with your Bishop or Branch President.
