Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. How do I change my profile picture?

I would use either Member Tools or the "Ward Directory and Map" web page to change your individual photo. They change may not be immediate as it needs to be approved by someone in your ward.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

not working. There is no way to change the image on the website or the app. I can update my profile but not family

Adults in a household can change their own and other members of the household contact information and pictures as well as the household contact information and picture in Member Tools and in the Directory. Minors cannot change their own, the household, or other members of the household contact information or pictures in either location. This must be done by an adult member of the household.

I'd be surprised if adult children can change any household settings/photos. I think there was a bug awhile back that even an adult "child" couldn't change their information. It may still be there.

I have been wondering about that. The bug, as I understand it, was that those 18 years of age and older were suppose to be able to make changes but only those age 19 years of age and older could. Since we haven't heard whether that was fixed then it is possible it is still in play.

The bug I'm thinking about is that "children" of the household couldn't edit regardless of their age.
