Ward Technology Specialists

With the recent change to the handbook section 33.10, wards may now call ward technology specialists (before the change assistant technology specialists were only at stake level). I don't see that lcr has a standard technology specialist at the ward level. Has anyone had to deal with this yet? I could make a custom calling but it wouldn't give them any kind of special access.
