Updating VERY SLOW
I tried updating at church and it was very slow and would want me to log on again and again. I dropped the wifi to try cellular and had the same results. I deleted the app and tried again and again....same issue. It would update to about the 3 o'clock position and hang. It wasn't until I got home and used my wifi that I finally got it to work. It took about 1/2 hour to download my information.

Sundays are a really bad time to update. The server tend to be slow since everyone else is trying to update on a Sunday.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
