I am unable to to open the Official Communications link. When I try, Chrome returns the following:
This page isn’t working
If the problem continues, contact the site owner.
HTTP ERROR 431
I have tried restarting Chrome and my computer without success. I can, however, open the link in MS Edge.
Any help?

My standard advice for browser problems on church webpages is to try incognito mode. Church websites have problems with the cookie build-up over time. Incognito mode is a quick test to see if that's the issue.

I have tried incognito mode and I get this same response when I try to book a recreational camp site.
