LG tablet won't update

Indeed help. I can't figure out why my LG tablet won't update. Every time I try to log in it shows updating gospel library, but then it comes back after about 5 minutes saying, update failed, check your internet connection and try again. I have tried several times, at church and at home. I have great internet connection. It just will not update. I have also tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I still keep coming up with the same message.
