Unsupported "Unassigned Balances" Action Item

All of our stake's online monthly financial statements for 2021 have contained an action item in the Balances section:

Unassigned Balances
You have an unassigned balance in Authorized Member Financed Activities. Please assign the balance to a designated unit subcategory.

Every unit in the stake is listed as affected.

However, when we check the corresponding accounts in each of the units, all of them have balances at zero in the category -- all of the Authorized Member-Financed Activities funds are assigned to subcategories.

Has anyone else seen this in their stake?

We also have a similar action item which also lists all of our units. The units themselves do not have unassigned balances but the stake did because we were receiving transfers from the units for YM and YW camps (and the units can only transfer to the top level AMFA category). I always transfer the funds to specific sub-categories shortly after the wards do their transfer but in this case there were some funds that hadn't been transferred right at the end of the month.

At least for our case I think the action item is referring to the stake's balance (which is a valid action item) but the list of units affected is incorrect.

I have this as well and cannot find how to resolve the Action Item. I assume I need to transfer the money into a selected budget in the Stake Budget, but cannot see where to do this for each transfer from the ward. This is specific for girl's camp funds received from each ward. How do I resolve this action item?

How do I resolve this action item?

I don't know how to make the software satisfied with the resolution for some of these action items, but I do know what makes sense for girls' camp funds: Create a subcategory for this year's camp under "Authorized Member-Financed Activities" and transfer the funds from the wards to there. Then pay expenses for camp out of that subcategory, with budget covering any shortfall.

Actually, don't transfer funds from Other accounts to budget.

Nor should funds from the “Authorized Member-Financed Activities” subcategory be used to supplement the “Budget” category (General Handbook 34.7.2.2).
