This afternoon I noticed that the automatically assigned rooms/locations for each of our buildings in the stake calendar are all now listed in Portuguese. Locations that we have manually added are listed in English. Given that our stake is an English stake, this is of concern, as you can probably imagine!
Does anyone have any idea what happened, and how can I fix it?

It is most likely old website cookies that have not been removed. Try using your browser incognito mode to see if that solves the issue. If so then you will need to delete churchofjesuschrist.org cookies.

Clearing the cookies worked for this user: Standard resources in Spanish

Interestingly, I didn't do anything and today things are back in English. Not sure what happened...

These little language excursions happen from time to time and usually fix themselves. If they don't, in the URL just change lang=por (or whatever the language,) to lang=eng to get back to English.

I cleared cookies, but I’m still seeing Portuguese rooms in the local stake center (everything else is English).

I am running into the same issue, and it isn't just me. It seems to be a stake-wide issue. The calendar and event scheduling information is all in English, but the room names when trying to select a location are all listed in Portuguese. It isn't an issue with the webpage, as the URL indicates that is using English. Again, everything is in English except for the various rooms you could choose when scheduling an event. This is happening to me and many other members in the stake.
