Access same as LCR?

Access same as LCR?
Does the access table for LCR also apply to Tools?

Yes, in general. There are a few exceptions, though:
- Some features in Leader and Clerk Resources don't exist in Member Tools (for example, documenting expenses).
- Sometimes an access rule changes, and it takes a few weeks for one platform to catch up with the other.
- Sometimes there are bugs that prevent a person from having access to tools or reports that they should have access to on one of the platforms.
