Over the past few days, occasionally the church's site is not accessible. Sometimes it's just blank (doesn't load) and other times I get:
Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

I know other people have seen issues with links to LDS resources not loading. Is there some ongoing update?

The Church website tends to have issues with cookies getting too long and eventually exceeding their maximum length, which then causes certain pages to not work correctly. My speculation is that it's because there are a lot of different sections of the Church website that don't all coordinate together well when setting cookies… I'd recommend trying in a private/incognito window (to load the page without cookies), and if that works, clearing your cookies for the Church website. Most browsers have a way to clear cookies only for a certain domain (for example, *.churchofjesuschrist.org).
