Class and Quorum attendance part of the app disappearing

Several times now the Class and Quorum attendance part of the app has blown up and disappeared on my iPhone while I was entering individual attendance. The app is still there, just that part of the app is gone. Have to do a refresh data vs just a regular update to get it back. I have reported this to headquarters also.

To what app are you referring? Is it possibly Member Tools?

Yes, Member Tools, we just call it The App for convenience.

By chance, do you haves auto-update enabled? If it updates and a particular service isn't available, it might disable that function.

Yes re: auto-update, however, that is the only function which has been doing this, and generally auto-update does not take place in the middle of the day on Sunday's when this has happened, nor does it show it has auto-updated after the function disappears. I know better than to try to manually update during the day on Sunday
