Is there any online help files/training for the new EFT option?
Thank you,
Marty

Re: EFT training
Unfortunately, the Help Center page which used to have instructions on entering expenses seems to be one of the ones that recently stopped working (at least in English--the Spanish page seems to be working still https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/hel ... s?lang=spa). I don't know whether that's deliberate or accidental.
There is some information about setting up a reimbursement account for use with EFT reimbursements on the Donations FAQ (under Reimbursement Account): https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/hel ... -Questions

Re: EFT training
It's interesting because they have the info, just not as clear and concise. From the online donations help page the second video walks directly through eft setup: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/too ... s?lang=eng
Not sure how often the video urls change but here is the url from that page for eft, it will load just the video and nothing else:
https://mediasrv.churchofjesuschrist.or ... 1/hls.m3u8
Also here is the original article steps which I thought were perfect.

Re: EFT training
Thanks for posting this follow-up. I did notice that the "Online Donations" FAQ is dated Nov 2022, so it may be that when the OP was posted, the info wasn't available there. Regardless, it's always very helpful for somebody to take time to provide current info even to an old question, that way it's available for others who happen to search the Forum with the same question.
