We have a family in our ward, member wife and non-member husband. For years, the app has listed them under their name (husband's surname). Now, the app is listing them under wife's maiden name and they are really unhappy about this. The underlying church records has the correct family surname for them, just not Member Tools. How can we fix this?
Submit feedback using the feedback function in Member Tools. That will get it to the development team so that they can look into it.
Verify the Household name is correct.
