There must have been an automatic update this week because the application displays "Signed in as <My Name>"; a green, circled check mark, and a spinning circle. The Church background image (of the Saviour) is also displayed, and the version number "V 5.2.10.0". As kmstewar said below, I've been using this for a while. I currently use it in Zoom meetings for hymns, training, and supporting discussion, so my need is urgent as meetings are multiple and weekly.

So, I posted this two weeks ago (?) Does this mean that the Petawawa Branch is the ONLY unit that is experiencing this problem?

RESOLVED: I have resolved the issue by performing a Reset from the WIN 10 Start Menu (Gospel Library(right-click|More|App Settings(left-click)) Then,
Terminate
Reset
Note the warnings concerning data loss
