Membership Audit - Unresolved Items

Membership Audit - Unresolved Items
We have a few unresolved items on our membership audit. They are a marriage recording and a birthplace for two different members who refuse phone calls and contact. Is it better to just leave these as unresolved or are we to run the audit again and not flag them? Best practice?

My opinion is run the audit again and don't flag those items.
