Alerts for low bitrate?

In the Broadcast Overview in the webcast.churchofjesuschrist.org website I can see the bitrate of the sacrament meeting broadcasts. It's usually around 2,200 kbps. During sacrament meeting the ethernet cable on the Teradek became loose and the Teradek switched to WiFi and produced a low bit rate around 150 kbps. I would love to receive an alert when the bitrate of the Teradek drops that low and I could immediately know what was happening and how to fix it.
