I am not currently in a ward presidency.
I have receipts to submit for reimbursement.
I do not have access to LCR, but I would like to submit the request online.
Am I stuck using paper forms, or is there a way for me to submit my requests online?

Send them to the organization presidency via email and they can enter it or forward it to the clerk with approval
