Meetinghouse streaming sundaymeeting

We have a new Stake here in Finland. Jyvaskyla stake is a bit special because of the distance between the 12 meetinghouses. The distance between South and North is about 800 km ( about 500 miles ) and the distance between West and East is about 400 km. ( 250 miles ) We are striming our Sunday meeting every Week from different meetinghouses alternately from different meetinghouses. The problem is that we have a very bad technology in some of our branches. We have functional systems in 6 of our meetinghouses. We are using Teradek boxes in 3 and Mevo Cameras in 2 meetinghouses. In one meetinghouse they are using a separate camera owned by a member. Six meetinghouses is totally without any streaming equipment. We are streaming our meetings through ChurchWebcast and through Youtube.
Do You have any suggestions what kind of system we should install in those meetinghouses that dont have anything?
I would not like to have many different systems in different meetinghouses.
Please give me some ideas.

Three important questions to answer before you decide:

* Are you looking for something that you can control remotely, or will each building be responsible for setting up and maintaining its own broadcast?
* Are you looking for a temporary solution to last the next 6-12 months, or are you looking for a permanent setup?
* Does each building have its own laptop? Or perhaps everyone has a phone? (It sounds like not all have teredeks)

I think that in the beginning we need a solution that can be controlled remotely but after some time the units must handle the broadcast by them selves.
We are looking for a permanent solution
We dont have laptops in any meetinghouse.... phones can be used....

A quick solution would be to use a cellphone with Larix Broadcaster, which is a free app for iOS or Android phones. In one building we use a car cellphone clamp up at the pulpit and in another building they have a phone clamp on a tripod that's set on the floor to one side of the pulpit. This might offer a way to get streaming while you're finding a more permanent solution.

BTW, we stream to YouTube Live using the above setup, but Larix can stream to nearly any service.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
