Submitting a Stake Reimbursement
Does anyone know if members can submit reimbursements to the Stake or only to their Ward? If so, how do you indicate where to request money from?

No problem sending them to the stake for stake-related expenses. As far as categories, I submit my reimbursement requests to the stake finance clerk via email with the receipts attached and let him figure out the rest.

If you mean can members submit reimbursements requests to the Stake via LCR, then the answer is basically no in general. However, Stake organization leaders (RS, YM, YW, SS and Primary) can submit requests in LCR for stake reimbursement on the behalf of any member of the stake. The fact that it's a stake leader submitting the request means that it will be a request to the stake.
But as Mikerowaved said, members can probably submit reimbursement requests by emailing the stake finance clerk. I expect most stakes will take requests that way. That's how I get most requests in our stake.
