hi i am trying to send a referral to the philippine manila mission. how do i find it?

I would check with your clerk or executive secretary. They can look it up.

You can send a referral directly through the member tools app if you have that.
For android (iOS should be similar but I don't have one to check):
1. log into Member Tools
2. tap the 3-lines at the top left
3. tap "Missionary" in the drop-down list
4. tap the red plus sign at the bottom
5. enter your friend's information (including their country, language, etc)
6. tap the send button at the bottom
