Notifications tab in Member Tools

Notifications tab in Member Tools

In the latest update to my Member Tools app (iOS) a new tab has been added at the bottom: "Notifications".

But, when I tap on it, the screen is blank.

Does anyone know what this is used for?

I'm in an elders quorum presidency. I have a couple of notifications there related to new members from the Progress Record who haven't attended sacrament meeting for a few weeks.
