It is quarterly report time. Processing started several hours ago for units in the Asia and Pacific areas and the processes are chasing midnight around the globe.
In an attempt to help with the inevitable barrage of posts, here are some things you should know:
The initial baseline processing is a bear. It takes 30+ hours to account for 16.5 million people, sort them into the appropriate categories, count up all of the statistics, and write the data to the correct databases. There are long-term projects going on that will increase the efficiency of that processing and allow us to better scale as the Church grows, but those are long-term efforts. Right now things get more computationally expensive as we add new features and work on improving membership systems.
Sacrament attendance calculations happen outside of the initial baseline processing, so you won't initially see sacrament attendance data. At some point within a few hours after your baseline report is generated, your sacrament numbers will update. If you change sacrament attendance information after that data is initially populated, there is a brief delay (a few minutes) before the change is reflected on the quarterly report.
A new change this quarter is that class and quorum attendance does not automatically propagate to the quarterly report. There is a button there that will copy the attendance data over if your unit has been using the class and quorum attendance reporting.

Re: Quarterly report time!
Is there a way to create a "Member not attending class" report from the attendance in the Quarterly Report? It would be SUPER helpful to quickly scan who is not attending regularly but also, because attendance is a bit challenging to coordinating (so few have access to input attendance), my guess is our numbers are underreported (e.g., substitutes in Primary, YW/YM leaders--they don't show up on attendance for classes, etc). Thank you!
