MRN Error

Post by fsandage »

Our bishop is trying to register our youth for the FSY conference next year and there are several of them when he tries to to add them give him an MRN error. I've attached a screenshot of the error. When he clicks on the link "MRN Error" it just opens his personal membership record and nothing related to the youth getting the error. Any assistance would be appreciated!

I don't know if this is the issue, but you could try having them log in to, and verify that their membership record number is correctly associated with their Church Account under the Membership tab.

We had the same issue. This means that the youth in question do not have a 'church account"

It is possible they don't have their MRN associated with their account. It is also possible the MRN they have associated is not theirs. Often members use the MRN listed on their temple recommend which is hand-written and could have been written incorrectly. They should have their clerk verify their MRN from their membership record - he can print their Individual Ordinance Summary which will have their MRN listed.
