LCR not syncing

LCR not syncing
I moved in 2 new couples on Sunday.... Both are now listed in LCR, one couple showed immediately in both the Directory and in Tools, the other is still not in either one...... Any ideas?

Sometimes bizarre or slow as molasses uphill in January things happen on the weekend in the servers. However, by Tuesday I would think things should be back to normal. Hopefully by the end of the day today you will see the other couple in the Ward Directory and Member Tools app. I do believe there was some maintenance being done very early Monday morning shortly after midnight as LCR was not accessible, so this might have slowed up the servers catching up.

You might want to double-check that LCR is still showing them in your ward. It's possible someone else might have moved them.
Second, make sure you're using your login on Directory and Tools. They might have a privacy setting preventing normal logins from seeing them.

Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Update: I tried the Directory just now to see if they were finally listed and used the Search box... They show that way but still not in the ward list!

sounds like the Household name might be something not expected

Good point. If they're recently married, they might be listed under the wife's maiden name.

Pull up the member profile in LCR, go to the Household tab, and click the Edit Household Name button. Check what is displayed there.

I did some further searching and found the family listed in the Directory and Tools under his first name! So, as suggested, I checked the "Edit Household Name" in LCR and both given name and surname were listed. I deleted the given name and now all is right with the world! Thank you to everyone who made suggestions... I can't believe I have been doing this now for 12 years and still find things like this!
