Stake History Specialist

At the stake level, a standard position of History Specialist exists. That calling does not appear in the LCR Access Table.

What system privileges does a person in that standard calling receive?
What pertinent email notifications does a person in that standard calling receive?

I am asking because I suspect many historians or history specialists are placed into custom callings, and I am curious if those custom callings interfere in any way with their duties.

I think you're one of the more knowledgeable people and you've probably stumped the forum members. I'd suggest submitting Feedback that the calling is missing from the LCR Access Table, as the feedback might get to someone who can research the issue and update the table. It's entirely possible that the calling provides no LCR access, but at least they could document that, if such is the case.

I'd assume any calling not listed in the Access Table receives no LCR access. I'm sure there's a number of those.

Good question. Any that the church feels that should be sent. Short of finding someone with that calling who has received an email, I don't know as we'll get a definitive answer. Even if nothing has been sent in the past doesn't mean they'll never send one. I'd recommend the custom callings be made into standard callings.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
