Cleared check in Action Items

We have a check in our action items that has cleared the recipients account, i had her double check her account to make sure it was the same check number, she confirmed.

Just guessing that the check was starting to get old and the system flagged it. Meanwhile it got cashed. See if the action item about the check clears itself in a couple of business days. What was the date on the check and when did it clear the bank?
