I'm the Ward Technology Specialist in my ward and I've been able to convince our new counselor in the Bishopric that people need to be correctly slotted into the LCR in Regular Callings for digital/technology access to be enabled. The problem is that there seems to be a lot of Custom Callings in my ward that really should be Regular Callings but no one knows how to identify them.
They just did a clean sweep of all the clerks so they are new to their callings as well. Is it possible to easily identify or generate a list of all Custom Callings in order to address this problem?
I thought if I could give them detailed instructions on how to do this (if it's possible) it could get done a lot quicker and with less angst. Everybody is pretty stressed learning their new callings.
Any advice or instruction would be greatly appreciated. (I don't think any of them know about this Forum or how to use it either.)

In LCR, custom callings are marked with an asterisk.kristaanncook wrote:The problem is that there seems to be a lot of Custom Callings in my ward that really should be Regular Callings but no one knows how to identify them.
In CDOL, they are orange.

in LCR under Organizations select Callings by Organization
then in the options dropdown select custom callings
I also unselected group by organization to get a nice compact list of all the custom callings.

There are 11 types of people. Those who understand Gray Code and those that don't.

My thanks to both of you who responded. Using your guidance, my local leaders were able to address this problem quickly and effectively. I'm sorry I didn't post my thanks before now. You were both very helpful!
