What is the adult member self-reliance report and how is it generated?
At the stake level, I see there are pie charts for each unit. There are three sections in the pie chart: self-reliant, could benefit, and unknown.
Who provides input to generate these pie charts and what are the input criteria for these ratings?

Each ward fills the form out. The ward council is responsible for completing the report. There are two check boxes, Yes or No, under the column titled Could Benefit? for each member of the ward. If neither is checked then the member is identified as unknown.
