Provided you are in a country that allows online donation _and_ you have your Membership Record Number connected to your Church Account, you should be able to go here to get started: https://donations.churchofjesuschrist.o ... tion/step1

If that doesn't work, you can search here for possible solutions. Or, you could ask your ward/branch clerk for help.

If online donations are not available in your country, the old method of handing/sending a donation to a member of the bishopric should still be available.

See the Philanthropies site, specificaly this page: https://philanthropies.churchofjesuschrist.org/gift-planning/what-to-give/assets/ira-qcd.

You should probably call them first thing in the morning, the clock is swiftly ticking.

Indeed. Usually by IRS rules, the payment must be postmarked in 2021 to be able to declare it on your tax return for 2021. Being late will not affect your standing as full-tithe payer, but the tax man is far less forgiving as to what year you can declare it.

To be postmarked in 2021, it will have to be picked up in 2021. With New Year's day on a Saturday, many people are taking Friday as a observed Holiday. That might disrupt the the normal Friday mail schedule.

if I were in your shoes, I'd make every effort to get it into the next possible mail pick-up. I'd make the effort to go to the post office and you've gotten there before last pickup. At this point, there's very little margin.

The statements are there as explained above, from 2021 to 2018 inclusive. Am not sure if you meant for 2021 or before 2021 in your original post. If you are looking for an older year, please talk to your ward or branch clerk to get the contact information for the Global Service Center. They should be able to help you with years older than 2018.

The Annual Charitable Cash Contributions Official Tax Summary Statement is available for the past ten years online at https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/donations/ > Donor Statements > Official Tax Statement, then select the year in the Select Year drop-down list box. The statements provided by your ward clerk are only available for the past three years.

How do I obtain verification for the tithing and other donations I made in 2021? I sent the check made out to The Church to the right address, but have not received any indication that it was received. I need this letter when I do my taxes.

How long ago was the check sent? Have you checked to see if the amount from the check was withdrawn from your bank account?
